Well worth the five hours! His voice is adorable. I love the use of the white caption! How'd you do that?!

I had about three minutes for a study break, and this was so so so worth it! He is so fun. It's funny - in pictures, all of our kiddos seem a lot older than they really are. For some reason in my head I always imagined Charlie talking the way a five year old would talk! Isn't that funny? So when he started talking it suddenly occurred to me - he's still just a tiny squirt! lol...thanks for spending the five hours on the video. Dare I ask - are there more to come? ;)

Oh, and please please PLEASE let me know how you managed to have Mallory carried in the computer. Now is that for all nine months or just so you can give your bladder a break? :)

Christina-
I'm laughing so hard at your comment. I think he actually has the idea that Mallory is sporting a nice little Dell laptop in there and is working away. (Knowing her parents, I would not be surprised.) He tells EVERYONE that she is on the 'puter.
Yep, more videos to come. Our next feature is Charlie and Owen playing at the park.
Julie- after finally giving up on the idiotic choices of software they sent with the camera, I downloaded a free trial of an editing program called ULead. I like it, so if it keeps working I will order the upgrade. It was easy to take out the parts I didn't want and add text. It does more stuff too, but after 5 hours...that was as fancy as I wanted to get.
Thanks for watching it, you guys!
:)

Heather Heather Heather! That was so worth it... he's so cute!!! And I love hearing him talk because I know (hoepfully) in 6 months Grnat will be able to speak that well.

And I think it's so cute he says Mallory is on the 'puter... could be worse.. she could be nameless and her brother could think that EVERYONE'S belly is a baby... which is the case here! LOL

Good job on the video, can't wait to see more!

Bravo, bravo! Well worth the time and effort it took. I'm glad you've figured this out so you'll be able to help me hypothetically some time in the future :).

So I watched this with my 3 year old, who demanded to see it again. We both loved it. At the end, when you say, 'say I love you,' Quinn leaned forward to the screen and said 'I love you.'

Now, I can't get him to say that to me, but he'll say it to Charle Fekadu!

Well, I for one thank you for hours and hours of work, because it was so worth it for me. I learned how to pronounce your last name, I detected a lovely southern drawl, and got to hear Charlie's voice for the first time. All that hair twirling was truly worth it!

Charlie spitting a speghetti noodle out in the beginning was a nice start. Ha ha!

So often I think ...well that was another pointless waste of another moment of my life. This, however, was DEFINATELY not one of those moments. I felt another stirring in my mother regions:). Totally worth a busted bladder and grainy eyes!
