Charlie: "Can I have my little truck back?"
Me: "No, you lost your truck because you broke a rule and threw a toy near your sister."
Charlie: "I can have it later?"
Me: "You get it back tomorrow, if you don't break any more rules tonight."
Charlie: "Mom, that rule's fixed now...can I have it back?"
Sheesh!
